Litoria eurynastes Menzies, Richards, and Tyler, 2008, Aust. J. Zool., 56: 275. Holotype: UP 2321, by original designation. Type locality: "a pond, near Alexishafen, Madang Province of Papua New Guinea, sea level".

Lowlands of northern New Guinea from Alexishafen (Papua New Guinea) to the east coast of Cenderawasih Bay (Siewa River), Seram and Manus Islands, Indonesia.

Comment

In the Litoria bicolor group according to the original publication. Included in Papuahyla by Donnellan, Mahony, Esquerré, Brennan, Price, Lemmon, Lemmon, Günther, Monis, Bertozzi, Keogh, Shea, and Richards, 2025, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 204(2: zlaf015): 62, on the basis of morphology although noting that genetic confirmation is needed.
