Litoria christianbergmanni Günther, 2008, Vert. Zool., Dresden, 58: 104. Holotype: ZMB 63929, by original designation. Type locality: "about 17 km along the road Fakfak--Kokas in the Fakfak Mountains, altitude 860 m a.s.l., coordinates 2°47’S and 132°16’E, Papua Province of Indonesia".

Comment

In the Litoria nigropunctata group and most similar to Litoria wapogaensis according to the original publication. Donnellan, Mahony, Esquerré, Brennan, Price, Lemmon, Lemmon, Günther, Monis, Bertozzi, Keogh, Shea, and Richards, 2025, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 204(2: zlaf015): 72, placed this species in Viridihyla on the basis of morphology alone and suggested that genetic confirmation is needed.
