Petropedetes perreti Amiet, 1973, Bull. Inst. Fondam. Afr. Noire, Ser. A, 35: 463. Holotype: JLA 71.196, by original designation; now MHNG 1253.90 according to Schätti, Perret, and Mariaux, 2002, Cat. Comm. Types Amph. Rept. Mus. Hist. Nat. Geneve, Vers. 4.0 (Jan. 2002): 15. Type locality: "Nsoung, 1400-1500 m", Cameroon.

Distribution

Southern slopes of the Bamiléké Plateau, Mount Manengouba and Mount Nlonako, Cameroon, 1200 to 1700 m elevation.

Comment

 Herrmann, Böhme, Herrmann, Plath, Schmitz, and Solbach, 2005, Salamandra, 41: 61–81, reported the species from Nkebe waterfall and Nguéngué, southwestern Cameroon.
