Phyllomedusa perinesos Duellman, 1973, Herpetologica, 29: 226. Holotype: KU 146562, by original designation. Type locality: "Río Salado, about 1 km upstream from the Río Coca, Provincia Napo, Ecuador, 1410 m".

Distribution

Amazonian slopes of Cordillera Oriental in Napo Province, Ecuador, 1382 to 1475 m elevation, and Department of Caquetá, Colombia.

Natural Resident: Colombia, Ecuador
