Phyllomedusa duellmani Cannatella, 1982, Copeia, 1982: 502. Holotype: KU 181813, by original designation. Type locality: "8 km NNE (by road) Balzapata, Depto. Amazonas, Perú, 1,850 m, 05° 47′ S, 77° 48′ W".

Purple and Orange Leaf Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 62).

Distribution

Known only from the type locality on Amazonian slopes of Andes of Amazonas, Peru.
