Provinsi Aceh, particularly localities in the northern and middle part of Aceh: Kecamatan Mane, Kabupaten Pidie; Krung Meuriam, Kecamatan Tangse, Kabupaten Pidie; Kabupaten Bener Meriah; Road Takengon-Bierut, Enang-Enang Resort, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah; and Taman Buru Linge–Isaq, Kecamatan Takengon, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah; 314–1000 m elevation, Sumatra, Indonesia.
