Walkerana muduga Dinesh, Vijayakumar, Ramesh, Jayarajan, Chandramouli, and Shanker, 2020, Zootaxa, 4729: 269. Holotype: ZSI/WRC/A/2211, by original designation. Type locality: "Muthikulam, (N 10.945; E 76.644) a high elevation site (1544 amsl) in the hill range Elivalmala/Elivalmalai located north of Palghat Gap", Karnataka, India. Common Names

Muduga Mountain Leaping Frog (original publication; Dinesh, Radhakrishnan, Deepak, and Kulkarni, 2023, Fauna India Checklist, vers. 5.0 : 11).

Distribution

Known from the Elivalmalai range, north of the Palghat Gap and south of Nilgiri Massif, Tamil Nadu, India.
