Comment

Adult morphology, advertisement call, and molecular markers described in the original publication, where the species was recovered as the sister taxon of Chirixalus trilaksonoi. Rakananda, Fauzan, Zakky, Hamidy, and Ramadhan, 2025, Treubia, 52: 89–106, compared the advertisement call with that of Chirixalus trilaksonoi.
