Distribution

Forests at elevations up to 500 m in northern Borneo in Brunei and Sabah and Sarawak (Malaysia); presumably to be found in Kalimantan, Indonesia, on the southern Sarawak border.

Natural Resident: Brunei, Malaysia, Malaysia, East (Sarawak and/or Sabah)

In the Philautus tectus group according to the original publication. See identification table by Manthey and Grossmann, 1997, Amph. Rept.
