Polypedates assamensis Mathew and Sen, 2009, Rec. Zool. Surv. India, Occas. Pap., 293: 47. Holotype: ZSI-E 803, by original designation. Type locality: "Gerukamukh, outside the main gate of NHPC HQs, Dhemaji District, Assam", northeastern India.
