Type locality: "a high elevation site (10.9452 N, 76.6446 E) in Elivalmalai Massif (...), [borderland of Kerala and Tamil Nadu,] Western Ghats, Peninsular India".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality at 1524 m elevation on the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, in the Elivai Malai Massif of the Western Ghats of southern India.
