Philautus graminirupes Biju and Bossuyt, 2005, Copeia, 2005: 30. Holotype: BNHM 4265, by original designation. Type locality: "at an altitude of 1020 m above sea level, at 'upper sanatorium' Ponmudi Hill, (approximately 8° 45′ N, 77° 08′ E) in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala, India".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in Ponmudi, south of the Palghat Gap, southern Western Ghats, Kerala, India, 1030 m elevation.

Previously confused with Raorchestes signatus (as Philautus) according to the original publication.
