Distribution

Known only from its type locality (Kakkayam) in Kozhikode District, north of Palghat Gap in Kerala State, India, 750 m elevation.

Comment

In the Raorchestes bombayensis group, according to the original publication, where the external morphology, vocalization, and habitat were discussed.
