Distribution

Known only from the vicinity of the type locality (1.5 km northeast of Pumdunlong village) and Willong Khullen Village, Manipur, India.

Comment

In the Raorchestes kempiae group, the sister taxon of Raorchestes shillongensis + Raorchestes jadoh according to the original publication, where advertisement call, morphometrics, comparative morphology, molecular markers, and distribution (including a dot map) were detailed.
