Rhacophorus turpes Smith, 1940, Rec. Indian Mus., 42: 474. Syntypes: BMNH 1940.6.1.29–30, by original designation. Type locality: "26° 36′ N, 97° 52′ E . . . . Htingnan", Kachin, northern Myanmar.

Common Names

Htingnan Flying Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 114).

Htingnan Whipping Treefrog (Zug, 2022, Smithson. Contrib. Zool., 653: 45).

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Htingnan, Kachin, Myanmar).

Natural Resident: Myanmar
