Theloderma truongsonense (Orlov and Ho, 2005)
Philautus truongsonensis Orlov and Ho, 2005, Russ. J. Herpetol., 12: 135. Holotype: ZISP 7407, by original designation. Type locality: "Ban Cup village, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province, central Vietnam (16° 55′ 09″ N, 106° 35′ 04″ E, 400 m elevation)".
Theloderma truongsonense — Rowley, Le, Hoang, Dau, and Cao, 2011, Zootaxa, 3098: 8. Based on specimens of Theloderma laeve according to Orlov, Poyarkov, Vassilieva, Ananjeva, Nguyen, Sang, and Geissler, 2012, Russ. J. Herpetol., 19: 46, although these authors agree with the generic transfer on other grounds.

Distribution
Central Highlands of Vietnam (Danang, Thua Thien-Hu, and Quang Tri provinces, 300-1300 m elevation) into Xekong Province, Laos.

Comment
Most similar to Philautus rhododiscus (now Theloderma rhododiscus) and Philautus petilus, according to the original publication. Orlov, Poyarkov, Vassilieva, Ananjeva, Nguyen, Sang, and Geissler, 2012, Russ. J. Herpetol., 19: 46, discussed the transfer of this species into Theloderma. In the subgenus Theloderma, Theloderma laeve species group of Poyarkov, Orlov, Moiseeva, Pawangkhanant, Ruangsuwan, Vassilieva, Galoyan, Nguyen, and Gogoleva, 2015, Russ. J. Herpetol., 22: 276. Brakels, Maury, and Nguyen, 2021, Herpetol. Rev., 52: 792, provided a record from Phou Koungking Area, Dakcheung District, Xekong Province, Laos.
