Costa Rican Miniaturized Salamander (original publication).
Distribution
Known only from the type locality (Parque Internacional La Amistad), Distrito de Talamanca, Cantón de Talamanca, Provincia de Limón, Costa Rica in the Caribbean slope of the Cerro Utyum to 2595 m elevation.

Comment
In the subgenus Eladinea, Bolitoglossa diminuta species group according to the original publication, where comparative morphology and molecular markers were detailed.
