Spelerpes collaris Stejneger, 1907, Proc. U.S. Natl. Mus., 32: 465. Holotype: USNM 37350, by original designation. Type locality: "Topaz mine, '90 miles NW. of Bluefields, and 50 miles back in direct line from the coast;' elevation 400 feet", Nicaragua.
