Comment
Color pattern, life history, comparative morphology, genetic markers, and conservation status detailed in the original publication, where the species was assigned to the Pseudoeurycea juarezi group and likely the sister taxon of Pseudoeurycea ruficauda. Peralta-Hernández, 2023, Phyllomedusa, 22: 43–47, reported on range and ecology.
