Tylototriton (Tylototriton) houi Hernandez and Dufresnes in Dufresnes and Hernandez, 2022, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 197: 636. Holotype: MZL 46960, by original designation. Type locality: "Jade Water Village, on the southern slopes of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Hengduan massif), Lijiang Prefecture, Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, northern Yunnan Province, China, between 2850 and 3200 m a.s.l.
