Caecilia corpulenta Taylor, 1968, Caecilians of the World: 365. Holotype: UMMZ 65253, by original designation. Type locality: "Río de Pache Porte" (an unidentified locality, probably in Colombia or Peru according to the original publication). Kluge, 1983, Misc. Publ. Mus. Zool. Univ. Michigan, 166: 3, discussed the type locality and regarded it as "Perú: Pasco: Río Pichis, Puerto Bermudez".

Distribution

Known only from the indefinite type locality in Peru.
