Distribution

Esmeraldas (Tesoro Escondido Reserve and Bilsa), Pichincha (near Los Bancos), and Carchi (Chical–Guanchal road) Provinces of northeastern Ecuador, at elevations of 300 to 1420 m. Likely to extend into adjacent southwestern Colombia.
