Chikila alcocki Kamei, Gower, Wilkinson, and Biju, 2013, Zootaxa, 3666: 403. Holotype: ZSI A11539, by original designation. Type locality: "Dhyütere (25.91528 N, 94.10528 E; 782 m asl), New Sendenyu village, Tseminyu subdivision, Kohima district, Nagaland, India".

Distribution
Known only from the type locality (Dhyütere, New Sendenyu village, Tseminyu subdivision, Kohima district, Nagaland, India, 782 m elevation) as well as the Mon District of Nagaland and Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh, 320 to 900 m elevation; expected in Sagaing, Myanmar.
