Distribution

Pacific and Amazonian slopes of the Andes in Ecuador (Imbabura, Pichincha, Cotopaxi, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, and Loja provinces) and Peru as well as Valle del Cauca, Colombia, 670 to 2070 m elevation.
