Nyctimystes ocreptus Menzies, 2014, Trans. R. Soc. S. Aust., 138: 140. Holotype: UPNG2880, by original designation. Type locality: "near the Avios rest hut on Mt. Albert Edward, CenP [= Central Province], Papua New Guinea, 2600 m.", Papua New Guinea.
