Schoutedenella mossoensis Laurent, 1954, Ann. Mus. R. Congo Belge, Tervuren, Ser. Quarto, Sci. Zool., 1: 36. Holotype: MRAC unnumbered, according to the original publication. Type locality: "Murugaragara, Mosso, Terr. de Rutana, Urundi, alt. 1200 m", southeastern Burundi.
