Comment
Rödel and Bangoura, 2004, Tropical Zool., 17: 213, suggested that this is a synonym of Arthroleptis poecilonotus. Channing and Rödel, 2019, Field Guide Frogs & Other Amph. Afr.: 396, regarded this nominal taxon, likely a synonym of Arthroleptis poecilonotus, as too insufficiently known to treat adequately their fieldguide.
