Leptopelis jordani Parker, 1936, Novit. Zool., 40: 144. Holotype: Not stated; BMNH 1947.2.19.226 (originally 1936.8.1.226), by museum records. Type locality: "Congulu, 700-800 m", Angola.

Known only from the type locality (Congulu, Kwanza Sul) in western Angola.
