Distribution

known only from open ombrophilous forests at three localities in the Acre state, Brazil (Floresta Estadual do Rio Liberdade and Floresta Estadual do Rio Gregório in the Tarauacá municipality, and Parque Estadual Chandless in the Manoel Urbano municipality).

In the Pristimantis unistrigatus group, Pristimantis marmoratus clade, and the sister taxon of Pristimantis croceoinguinus, according to the original publication, where comparative morphology, advertisement call, and molecular markers were detailed and a dot map of the distribution provided.
