Distribution

Elevation range is 1497–3014 m in Napo and Pastaza Provinces, Ecuador, in high montane evergreen forest.

Comment

Not assigned to a species group in the original publication. Coloma and Duellman, 2025, Amph. Ecuador. Vol. 3: 221–223, provided an account with photographs which summarized morphological identification, systematics, natural history, distribution (including a dot map for Ecuador), and conservation.
