Comment

Assigned on the basis of morphology to the Pristimantis myersi group in the original publication. Coloma and Duellman, 2025, Amph. Ecuador. Vol. 3: 239–241, provided an account with photographs which summarized morphological identification, systematics, natural history, distribution (including a dot map for Ecuador), and conservation.
