Comment

In the Pristimantis miktos group, according to the original publicaiton, where comparative morphology, osteology, and molecular markers were detailed. Coloma and Duellman, 2025, Amph. Ecuador. Vol. 3: 388–389, provided an account with photographs which summarized morphological identification, systematics, natural history, distribution (including a dot map for Ecuador), and conservation.
