Distribution

Known from two localities (elevation range is 2095–2714 m) in Tungurahua and Pastaza provinces, Ecuador.

Comment

Not assigned to a species group in the original publication. Coloma and Duellman, 2025, Amph. Ecuador. Vol. 3: 436–437, provided an account with photographs which summarized morphological identification, systematics, natural history, distribution (including a dot map for Ecuador), and conservation.
