Adelophryne mucronatus Lourenço-de-Moraes, Solé, and Toledo, 2012, Zootaxa, 3441: 61. Holotype: ZUEC 16169, by original designation. Type locality: "in a primary forest at Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural Nova Angélica in the municipality of Una, state of Bahia, Brazil (15° 15′ 03.2″ S, 39° 04′ 51.0″ W, 79 m asl) ".
