Type locality: "from a point between Choquetanga and Mina Caracoles, Provincia Inquisivi, Departamento de La Paz, Bolivia, 16° 52′ 39″ S, 67° 18′ 23″ [W], 3660 m".

Known two localities, near Quime and another from near Choquetanga in the northeastern versant of the main massif of the Cordillera de Quimsa Cruz, Provincia Inquisivi, Departamento de La Paz, Bolivia.
