Phrynopus heimorum Lehr, 2001, Salamandra, 37: 12. Holotype: MUSM 20441, by original designation. Type locality: "approximately 10 km east of Conchamarca (09° 59′ 44″ S, 76° 09′ 40″ W, 3420 m above sea level), Distrito Conchamarca, Provincia Ambo, Departamento de Huánuco, Peru".
