Distribution

Cloud forests on the western flanks of the Western Andes (Departments of Antioquia, Cauca, Risaralda, and Valle del Cauda), Colombia, 2000–2600 m elevation.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group; most similar to Eleutherodactylus subsigillatus, according to the original publication.
