Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group by implication of the original publication. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128. Not assignable to species group according to Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 127. Placed in the new Pristimantis boulengeri species group by González-Durán, Targino, Rada, and Grant, 2017, Zootaxa, 4243: 42–74. Placed in the Pristimantis boulengeri group and compared with others in this group by Patiño-Ocampo, Duarte-Marín, and Rivera-Correa, 2022, Rev. Latinoam. Herpetol., 5: 60–90.
