Pristimantis bipunctatus (Duellman and Hedges, 2005)
Eleutherodactylus bipunctatus Duellman and Hedges, 2005, Copeia, 2005: 527. Holotype: KU 291638, by original designation. Type locality: "Peru, Departamento de Pasco, Provincia de Oxapampa, 0.7 km south and 4.5 km east (airline) of Oxapampa, approximately 10° 34′ S, 75° 24′ W, 2120 m elevation".

Distribution
Widely distributed in lowland and cloud forests (230–2320 m elevation) in the central Peruvian departments of Pasco, Junín, and Ucayali.
Comment
In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) conspicillatus group according to the original publication. Lehr, Lundberg, Aguilar, and von May, 2006, Herpetol. Monogr., 20: 121–122, comments in identification, habitat, and range. In the Pristimantis conspicillatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 120, and Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 125. In the Pristimantis conspicillatus group, Pristimantis conspicillatus clade of Fouquet, Réjaud, Rodrigues, Ron, Chaparro, Osorno-Muñoz, Werneck, Hrbek, Lima, Camacho-Badani, Jaramillo-Martinez, and Chave, 2022, Syst. Biodiversity, 20(1: 2130464): 1–16, who reported on phylogenetics and biogeography, and noted that this nominal taxon is composed of at least two lineage-species.
