Distribution

Area of cloud forest at elevations of 1783 to 2088 m in the upper valley of the Río Pilatón in the provinces of Pichincha and Cotopaxi, Ecuador.

Subgenus Eleutherodactylus, Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, according to the original publication.
