Distribution

Eastern slopes of the Cordillera Occidental and western slopes of the Cordillera Central in southern Colombia (departments of Valle de Cauca, Risaralda, and Antioquia), 1680–2320 m elevation.

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, most similar to Eleutherodactylus bernali according to the original publication.
