Comment

Likely the sister species of Eleutherodactylus nervicus according to the original publication. Lynch, 2004, in Rueda-Almonacid et al. (eds.), Libro Rojo Anf. Colombia: 239-242, provided an account and map. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) unistrigatus species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 128. Not assignable to a species group according to Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 127. See map, description of geographic range and habitat, and conservation status (as Eleutherodactylus mnionaetes) in Stuart, Hoffmann, Chanson, Cox, Berridge, Ramani, and Young, 2008, Threatened Amph. Evol., 108203: 1–19, due to a lack of molecular data.
