Type locality: "Reserva Orquideológica El Pahuma (00° 01′ 39.3″ N, 78° 37′ 55.5″ O, 2700 m), cantón Quito, provincia de Pichincha, República de Ecuador".

Distribution

Western foothills of Cotopaxi, Pichincha, Imbabura, and Junín, 1700 to 2900 m elevation, Ecuador.
