Distribution

Low to moderate elevations (950–1500 m) in the eastern Andean foothills in the provinces of Tungurahua, Pastaza, Morona Santiago, Zamora Chinchipe, Napo and Sucumbíos, Ecuador; a single specimen from 3 km NE Pebas, Departamento Loreto, Peru.
