Distribution

Known only from the type locality (along a montane trail leading to the summit of Phawngpui (Blue Mountain) in Phawngpui National Park (Fig. 6), southern Mizoram, at elevations above 2000 m, India).

In the Duttaphrynus stuarti species group, according to the original publication, where comparative morphology, morphometrics, molecular markers (16s mtDNA), and natural history were detailed.
