Cochranella vozmedianoi Ayarzagüena and Señaris, 1997 "1996", Publ. Asoc. Amigos Doñana, 8: 8. Holotype: MHNLS 13355, by original designation. Type locality: "Cerro El Humo, Península de Paria, estado Sucre, Venezuela. (10° 42′ N - 62° 37′ W). 750 m s. n. m."

Known only from the Cerro El Humo on the Península de Paria, Sucre, Venezuela, 750 to 780 m elevation.

Comment
In the Cochranella ocellata group according to the original publication. Señaris and Ayarzagüena, 2005, Rev. Taxonom. Fam. Centrolenidae de Venezuela: 146-141, provided a review of the morphology, natural history, and range of this species (as Cochranella vozmedianoi).
