Alcalus fontinalis Boruah, Narayanan, Gerard, Das, and Deepak, 2023, Syst. Biodiversity, 21(1: 2249891): 3. Holotype: WII-ADA1334, by original designation. Type locality: "Motijheel trail (27°29′36.63″N, 96°20′001.20″E, elevation 395m asl) approximately one kilometre southeast of Gibbons land, Namdapha Tiger Reserve, Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh", India.
