Distribution
Borneo (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei) and Palawan Island, Philippines; Western Thailand (Phume, Kanchanaburi Province) and central peninsular Thailand (Chumphon, Renong, Surat Thani, and Phagnga provinces), possibly into adjacent Tenasserim, Myanmar, ca. 1000 m elevation.
