Cycloramphus boraceiensis Heyer, 1983, Arq. Zool., São Paulo, 30: 293. Holotype: MZUSP 3934, by original designation. Type locality: "Brasil: São Paulo, Boracéia".

Boraceia Button Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 71).

Distribution

Serra do Mar in the southeastern part of the state of Rio de Janeiro and the northern half of the state of São Paulo; offshore islands of Ilha Grande and São Sebastião.
