Distribution

Upper drainage of the Río Pastaza, 600–1100 m elevation, on the eastern side of the Cordillera Oriental in Ecuador (eastern Pastaza, northern and eastern Morona Santiago, and eastern Zamora Chinchipe provinces); presumably to be found in adjacent Amazonas and Loreto, Peru.
